Shipping

To keep it simple we have FREE standard shipping for orders over $150 (within Australia.) For orders under $150 a flat rate of $12.50 applies.

We ship all our orders by courier, Australia post or local hand delivery, some products restrictions may apply.

 

Returns

How to - If you need to return an item, just email us at Blake@boatropes.com.au with your request. Returns can be by post, or by pre-arranged drop off.

  • Refund - You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Refunds are not available on cut lengths of rope or made to order Pre-Spliced parts. Return delivery costs are your responsibility. Returns may be subject to a $20.00 restocking fee if the original order was post free.

  • Exchange - If you are returning to exchange for a different item, you MUST include a reply-paid Express Post or Parcel Post envelope for new gear to be sent to you.

  • Our error - We pay the return shipping costs via Australia Post if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Contact us to arrange.
